You can always cook it up to smoothstone slabs for the circles...

We 6 double chest fulls of smooth stone and a double chest full of stone half slabs. And we have 3 or 4 double chest fulls of cobble and we still have a lot more to dig out and get more cobble.

We won't get much more cobble, as I do the vast majority of the digging and I use silk touch. We will probably need more stone in the future, though
