I'm not sure . Claiming land is building on it, is what I was told when I had a problem. Unless you build on the land its not yours. I dont think this should apply to you though, everyone should be able to see that sign and move away.

I can move if you want, I discovered the sign as I was building the road. i can take that out and expand another way. I kinda rushed into building it. Sorry about that

No, it's fine Mccoy. I guess I was just annoyed at the time...Sorry about that. As long as it doesn't get passed the sign, it's fine.
