				voting on minestatus = 1 /revert vs. the evil creeper?

				basically, if you voted within the last 24 hours, you can use /revert to undo a creeper boom (done in the last 3 minutes or so).. (or tnt usage/fire/buckets).

				two creepers blew up in dwarven city and i tried /revert 3 times but it didn't work for some reason... I ended up rebuilding the blown up part. why? i vote quite often so it's not a voting problem.

				Yes, a very good way to get people to vote. We need more ideas like this! (Including some fun commands)
