He got banned for an hour so..
He does this stupid stuff
and took the server...

The server will probably be down for a couple more hours, at least until Zerg gets up and wiggles his way onto the server

It went up for a few minutes then it has been down till 7:44 AM EST

I'm guessing that red text isn't from a hacker, its from a glitch in the mod command /fix
The guy probably ddosed the server.
