Can't Reach Server?

I've been unable to connect all day, from multiple locations. (Home, office, etc.) Is something going on?

zuko broke it.... (AGAIN(from what i've heard at least)) I can't try to reboot it this time because i have no connection to console at all, unlike before.

I told you, the only thing I am good for on keratinous is breaking the server and screwing things up.
