If there's no objections.. tonight I'ma make /hire automatically disable itself if all of these conditions are true:

If:

• You have just teleported (either due to /home or /spawn or /tp or being stuck in a block or whatever)
• You are hired to someone
• That someone is online
• That someone is more than 150 blocks away from you, or in another world.

Then:

• A gold message will appear. "You are no longer helping ___________."
• That someone will see a green or aqua message: "________ is no longer helping you."
• You will then no longer be hired to that someone.
