AMD FX 4100 AM3+ Quad Core 3.6ghz CPU - QC is.. A beast. With a 3.6, epic!
Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 Motherboard - Not sure(Though USB 3.0 is VERY GOOD!
1 TB Serial ATA Hard Drive Good(Though, I'd personally rather get an external and a SSD(way more expensive)
8 GB DDR3 1333 PC10660 Memory - Good. 8 seems standard now. The more ram, the better.
Nvidia GTX 550 TI 1gb PCI-E Graphics Card With HDMIPersonal preference. I personally like Nvidia/ Good
750 Watt power supply - Not sure
no software(I will ad windows 7) - Get windows 7 AND windows 2000(kidding, lol)! :3

AMD FX 4100 AM3+ Quad Core 3.6ghz CPU - Quad core is above average now days, will get the job done just fine.
Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 Motherboard - Seems just fine, max of 16GB, which will be good for a long time :)
1 TB Serial ATA Hard Drive - I assume it's 7200+ RPM, which will be fine. If it's not, may want to look into that.
8 GB DDR3 1333 PC10660 Memory - I would recommend upgrading to DDR3 1600, in place of 1333, but if that's not an option, then you will probably be fine :)
Nvidia GTX 550 TI 1gb PCI-E Graphics Card With HDMI - Great!! I've got the GTX460, and it's a beast, I'd love to have an upgraded version!
750 Watt power supply - Modular? Non-modular? Regardless, you should be fine. I got a corsair 750 non-modular for $119, so you can use that price to compare
no software(I will ad windows 7) - highly recommend this! Windows 7 is the best windows I've ever used!!! Keep in mind, that you can only stripe with Windows 7 Professional and above.
