At this point, I'd wait until a decision is made as to what to do with the creative server first. From the looks of it, we may have to drop creative in order to afford to run Kreatious past January.
Other than that, though, you're approved. Just no TNT unless I'm there at the time; lots of underground structures not everyone would immediately know were there.
